I've taken both of my kids to see Irina, one is 15 and plays soccer and prone to injury, the other is 13, severely delayed (dev age 2) and autistic, and it's magical to see her work and communicate with a non-verbal, highly tactile-defensive child. I suffered from  severe pain in my hips that was debilitating and was affecting my day to day life. Is was getting to the point that I could not go up and down stairs unless I took each step one at a time. 

After years of X-rays, MRI, physiotherapy, traditional massage and chiropractic manipulation, I was not getting better. Thank goodness I found Irina. After having my sessions with her I was pain free.
     That was 5 years ago and my hips are still doing well. However, this time I have acute pain in my shoulders and neck. We travel a lot and I  had to resort to traditional medicines and therapy until I could get home to see Irina. Once I started going back to her, I could tell after the first session, she was able to open up my shoulders and create more movement which eliminated my chronic pain. 

     I am happy to say, with the help of Irina, I am pain free and enjoying an active and full life. I am feeling so good at 60, that I have even took up running. Anytime I begin to feel tight and sore, I go back to Irina for a maintenance visit.

​I have been dealing with what it turns out are some pretty chronic health issues for several years now with no diagnosis. I have seen many Dr.'s and Healers who have all helped in their own special way but with no real improvement of my symptoms.  I have to say that​ the 2.5 hour session I had with Irina was beyond incredible and the first time I actually got measurable results healing the numbness in my legs!

     She has learned so many varied healing modalities that she can tailor a session to exactly what your body, mind and spirit want and need so that they can integrate and heal on their own with her amazing assistance. Irina was recommended to me by a friend when I had hurt my back and can honestly say she is the most amazing therapist. I have had spine and joint problems and pain all my life and after just one session, was able to kneel for the first time, totally pain-free, in over 30 years. 

Also, went from having to hang on for dear life onto a handrail and take one step at a time, to being able to run up and down the stairs - with no hands holding anything - all from the 1st session! 

Plus, she noticed something in my chest, said she wasn't sure what it was but to get it checked out when I got home (was visiting from Scotland at the time). I did. And it was a rather large aortic aneurysm and am now (Co-vid allowing) about to get major surgery. These aneurysms (and I actually have 2) are silent, pretty much asymptomatic and if Irina hadn't found these, they could have ruptured at any time. I'll leave you to work out the rest. My husband has been being treated by Irina for a few years now, and has seen some quite remarkable results from her treatment. In 2019 he began experiencing  terrible headaches, which did not respond to medical treatments, and even opiate drugs prescribed for him in the hospital. With a few treatments from Irina, he has been free of the debilitating pain for years now, and without drugs. As he suffers from Parkinson’s, that is exceptionally helpful. As a result of the underlying Parkinson’s, he fell frequently, and his right shoulder was so badly damaged that he had extremely limited use of his right arm,  and his family doctor told him that after examining his x- rays and MRI, nothing could be done. Now, he has about 80% more range of motion in that arm, and is not in constant pain, thanks to Irina’s therapy. As far as I am concerned, she is close to a miracle worker.

Irina has put me back together, extremity by extremity! It felt as though my body consisted of 6 parts and she has somehow managed to make my body full as one.

I wore prescription orthotics for years & years.  My legs were always tired and aching. Now I can work standing all day and I no longer have those dreadful aches & pains in my feet and legs. I no longer wear prescription orthotics.

Irina is a total compact massage therapist. She is so knowledgeable in a variety of therapies. Cranial Sacral, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Nervous System, Organs, etc. To name only a few.  I am so grateful, rather than see 10 therapists, I see one who can use which ever modalities she feels will fit today’s treatment.
