About THERAPEUTIC EXERCISES:
After many years of practicing and teaching of Thai massage, Qigong and Tao yoga I can recommend you perfect gentle no-pain and very efficient routine that you can do at home, that will give you steady improvement and will allow you to feel satisfaction in your own power to heal.
About THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT:
In my treatments I combine osteopathic and ancient oriental techniques. Always treating the physical body, emotional and spiritual as a whole (as we are much more than just a physical body.) Searching for the source of dysfunction (there is a lot of compensation patterns which are difficult to discover by ourselves). Respecting the numerous deep inter-relationships on all levels (structural, emotional, spiritual, stress related, originating in visceral organ dysfunctions).
Always working with a spirit of deepest respect, kindness and compassion.
I use a combination of modalities:
Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Visceral Manipulation, Chi-Nei-Tsang (for details see below). The goal is to create more awareness in the body, to release holding patterns and to create healing relaxation.
You can also come for a treatment with your partner, and it will become a mini-class: I will teach you both how to almost effortlessly help each other with some simple Thai Massage moves.

In addition to stretching and tonifying the muscles, this unique bodywork improves blood and lymph circulation, relieves muscular tension and spasm, helps expedite metabolism, improves postural alignment, boosts immune system and balances the body energetically, restoring the body and psyche to a calm and harmonious mental state.
Thai Yoga Massage was always considered to be a spiritual practice performed in the meditative state with the spirit of loving kindness and compassion ("Metta").

Integrating all of above the modalities, the fascia of the body, that weaves all body parts and systems together into a healthy functional human being, is receiving a new boost of life.
Fascia is considered a multitude of envelopes, giving an immunological and mechanical protection to their contents. They allow a smooth sliding for the structures they surround. The fibers have very specific directions and logic according to their different mechanical roles. Fascia has more of a role of an electromagnetic wave driver and definitely a role for the nutritional elements that they encompass. At some levels, there are intersections of fascial fibers. In these areas, they are often naturally thicker. Sometimes following infectious or traumatic factors they become indurated. They can create real deleterious effects on the neurovascular and visceral systems.
